Today I went to my one & only Jewelry store, Gennaro Jewelers. Went to get a bracelet fixed & some rings cleaned. Worked with Angela, who was amazing. She was so amazing she convinced me I was worth getting a Christmas gift for myself. Angela walked me thru the process of trying on necklaces & found one that was perfect & there was no pressure at all. She even helped me with getting an extender added so the necklace could be worn at two different lengths. If you are looking for an honest & professional Jeweler, then Gennaro's is the place. And Gary, Mr. Hudes was there so we got to chat!

I have gotten numerous beautiful pieces from here. Diana is my favorite. She sold my husband my engagement ring over a decade ago and hasn’t forgotten us. Every time we come in she makes us feel special like we are the only couple she helps. I also worked with Donna who is so sweet informative and helpful. Bin H resized my diamond ring perfectly. They are a 5 star crew all around!

Recently I noticed my pear shaped diamond in my engagement ring was loose so I brought it to Genaro Jewelers and OMG! I dealt with Courtney. She was amazing. The work the jeweler did in front of my eyes was absolutely beautiful, making my platinum prongs stronger to secure my diamond in place. By the time I left there, my engagement ring and wedding band received the royal treatment and they looked just like the first day they were placed on my finger 21 years ago. I would never trust anyone to touch my rings other than Genaro Jewelers. Courtney, Adriana, Bin (sorry if I spelled that wrong) as well as the other jeweler who tightened 2 stones in my channel setting of my wedding band were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Thank you for taking care of my rings with such love.

My wife and I went to Gennaro's Jewelers on a recommendation and we were immediately impressed. We were assisted by a young woman/ saleswoman named Nichelle. our experience with Nichelle was truly amazing. Nichelle answered our questions patiently and competently. She was polite, kind, sweet, knowledgeable and professional. We talked about our experience all the way home and for days after. Gennaro's and Nichelle are the best of the best !!!!

Where do I begin! The absolute best jewelers around. Came in with a necklace pendant that was purchased from them a while back, and I wanted to resize the pendant hole to fit on my larger Rope chain. Without any hesitation, Miss Cindy jumped right on it and had a new loop put on in minutes. You can’t beat this place, whether it be pricing, quality, warranty, or their amazing customer service. Gennaro’s is the only place you should go for Jelwery. Oh I almost forgot, they fixed my necklace free of charge. This place is the best.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Gennaro Jewelers! Their customer service is truly exceptional. My nine-year-old engagement ring had actually snapped in half over a year ago (we finally found the time to get it fixed), needed a deep cleaning, and needed to be dipped. They not only repaired it beautifully, but also cleaned my wedding band, tightened every prong, and made sure everything was secure and sparkling. We worked with Nathan (like the hotdog! 🌭), who was wonderful from start to finish—patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly. The entire team there made the whole process easy and stress-free. As a firefighter family, we also really appreciated the first responder discount. It’s gestures like that that mean so much. My rings look brand new again, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Gennaro Jewelers for anyone needing quality work, honesty, and truly outstanding service! 💍✨ We will be returning customers for any jewelry needs in the future!

I recently visited Gennaro Jewelers after being referred to them after my home town jeweler was retiring and couldn’t fit me in to fix a loose stone in my ring. My husband and I arrived and were greeted by Nichelle. From start to finish, Nichelle was friendly, professional, and took excellent care of my ring having it repaired as we watched. She then beautifully cleaned it as we watched. We never felt more comfortable having a service like this completed. Gennaro Jewelers is a top-notch store offering exceptional customer service and we will definitely visit again when looking to purchase.

Gennaro Jewelers is run like a well oiled machine. As soon as you set foot in store you are greeted by a doorman who knows exactly who is next in line. There are plenty of knowledgeable sales people to help you. I was there to resize my diamond engagement ring and wedding band. My sales person was Cindy. She was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Watching the jewelers was amazing! It was great to experience them keeping their craft alive.

I had an amazing experience at Gennaro Jewelers! From the moment we walked in, Eric greeted us warmly and made us feel completely comfortable. He was incredibly helpful and, most importantly, honest about repairing my engagement ring after I lost the diamond. Other jewelers told me the ring couldn’t be reused, but Eric took the time to assess it carefully and assured us it could absolutely be fixed. Adriana was also wonderful—she educated us about diamonds and helped us choose the perfect one. We never felt pressured, just genuinely guided by knowledgeable professionals who cared about getting it right. The turnaround time was unbelievable. Within just a few hours, my original ring had a brand-new diamond and looked absolutely magnificent—like new again!
